The book “Ten Things Every Child With Autism Wishes You Knew” is written by Ellen Notbolm, who is an autism mom. This book is very compassionately and beautifully written. I like how her list of ten things is written from a child’s perspective. The book is an easy and interesting read. It provides loads of quality information and wisdom without coming across like a textbook. I love reading from someone’s personal experiences and Ms. Notbohm shared her family and their experiences openly. It is both hopeful and informative. I enjoyed reading it and would recommend it to anyone wanting a better understanding of children on the autism spectrum.
